Kevin Scully has an organic farm based in Vicarstown County Laois. They grow organic gluten free oats in the green fields, then mill onsite in the stoneground oatmill. Everything is grown in harmony with nature, no chemicals or artificial fertilisers are used at any part of the process. The oats are cold milled to ensure no nutrients are damaged during the milling process, these raw oats are easily the healthiest oats on the planet. ‘The Scully family believe that health is the root of all happiness, good food is medicinal, and when you do what you love and love what you do the future seems very bright.’
