Explore our menus to see our variety. There's something for everyone! Whether you’re looking for creamy Irish yoghurt swirled with crushed blueberries, a delicious beef bone broth or maybe the hake with cauliflower tabbouleh – we have what you crave and what your stomach needs.

The menu is based around food prepared from scratch designed to improve well-being and particularly gut health.

However in doing this it’s not just the run of the mill stuff and we've a very particular ethos around showcasing Irish ingredients from ethical suppliers as well as having more exciting menu options.

There is food to go, incorporating salads, sandwiches, bone broths and soups. The restaurant space seats up to 50 guests.

We have done a lot of research around sustainability and will be trying as much as possible to move in the right direction towards a zero waste policy.

This all may sound familiar, but the core of this business is based on a genuine desire to contribute to the community across all aspects; from staff and customer well-being to co-operative working relationships with all suppliers.
