When we got engaged we knew exactly what we wanted for our intimate family wedding reception. Our ideal venue would have to be one which shared our values of sustainable living, locally sourced high quality ingredients, no plastic and low waste. As One, with Mark at the helm, ticked all of those boxes and more! Mark and his team helped us to plan a dinner menu based on our favourite dishes. Each dish was created using carefully sourced ingredients and the amazing kitchen team served us the most stunning feast! The venue was perfect for our winter city wedding, with beautiful lighting, lovely design touches throughout and a safe and fun area where the children could play while the adults relaxed in style. All of our guests were blown away by the venue location, the friendly, warm atmosphere and the efficient way the event was managed, not to mention the delicious food and great wines. We urge anyone who is choosing their venue to call the team at As One to book your date before it's too late. Mark and his team at As One were so accommodating and professional, in how they handled our ‘take over’ of the space for the production and filming of Three Ireland’s Connected Restaurant Christmas 2019. An invasive and alien encounter for most, his team took to it like ducks to water. They were a pleasure to work with and I hope they gained as much from the experience, as the families involved did.
