Mark and his team at As One were so accommodating and professional, in how they handled our ‘take over’ of the space for the production and filming of Three Ireland’s Connected Restaurant Christmas 2019. An invasive and alien encounter for most, his team took to it like ducks to water. They were a pleasure to work with and I hope they gained as much from the experience, as the families involved did.
